Ruslaan Mumtaz, who in 2011, was embroiled in an MMS scandal with Salma Agha's daughter Sasha, has now shot and completed a film entitled I Don't Luv U based on the infamous 2004 MMS scandal that involved two school-going children from New Delhi.
