Shah Rukh Khan about surrogacy baby

Almost a month after the world began uttering the words surrogacy and Shah Rukh Khan in the same sentence, the actor finally broke his silence on the subject.  At a press conference for his new film Chennai Express, the subject was finally broached and a normally indulgent SRK replied saying, “This is not the right time to talk about it... we are going to get on the train baby and not talk about my baby. This is very private and personal”.
It may be noteworthy that throughout his film promotions so far, SRK has not once uttered a word on the subject of the newest addition to his family. While the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association were up in arms over the supposed sex determination of the Bollywood superstar’s child, it has since come to light that the child was born in May, much before news even broke. In addition to the many stories surrounding King Khan’s third child, news that the infant was to be born in London via a surrogate and would be a British citizen also made headlines. Then came the news that Gauri’s sister-in-law Namita Chibber was the surrogate.
Khan, 47 and his wife Gauri already have two kids Aryan and Suhana. According to information released by the BMC from the birth certificate of the child, it is a boy and his name is Abram, a variation on the name Abraham.
Normally forthcoming with the media, Shah Rukh’s singular comment on the subject thus far was punctuated with this additional news from the star, “There is a mix of sadness and happiness about this news. Let the sad part get over... will talk about it later. I would request the people who are doing the interrogation to do a thorough check,” he said.
